We had a cracker of a stay! The spa was pure relaxation, and the views from the breakfast area were braw, making each morning special. Only downside? The pool wasn't as warm as we'd hoped. a brilliant experience in a perfect location!

What a lekker time! The staff were супер friendly, especially the guy at brekkie, who treated us to some amazing views while serving up delicious Turkish delights. And that aircon? A lifesaver!

Only thing was the pool wasn't warm enough for a good swim, but we really didn't mind.

The room had unique architectural features, and each morning I enjoyed stunning views of the bustling city. The breakfast area offered a vibrant atmosphere, making the start of the day a delight.

The lobby bar lacked any wine options, forcing a trek for a basic drink, and the sauna was disappointingly lukewarm during my visits. My room, while beautifully designed, had no window at all, which was unexpected and a bit claustrophobic. Wi-Fi was sluggish, making streaming impossible and the absence of any tea or coffee supplies on multiple occasions was frustrating.

Rooftop breakfast views

We had a fantastic time at The Hotels, Galata! The staff treated us like family and truly made our stay memorable. The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views over the river, making breakfast an absolute delight. Plus, the spa and swimming pool were excellent for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

this hotel woudl have been decent if they actually cared about their guests. the lack of a window in my classic double room was shocking, having requested a room with a view! also, despite the overpriced spa services, no one made an effort to warm the pool, which was an absoluteley ridiculous oversight considering the price they charge. i almost wrote a good review, but i just couldn’t.

My three-night stay at The Hotels, Galata was simply delightful! The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Bosphorus. The warm, attentive staff, notably Pinar, made every moment memorable with their exceptional service.

Just an optimal selection for a weekend trip in Istanbul with reasonable price. Staff was really helpful in arranging transportation to nearby attractions. Avoid peak times at the restaurant to get quicker service.
